Reservation

1. Preliminary reservation can be made by filling in and sending the reservation form via e-mail in attachment, at the addres: booking@officemedia.pl

2. Sending a reservation form means accepting the following conditions:
3. The minimum lease period is two days.
4. After receiving a correctly filled form with an order, we'll verify the availability of the chosen appartment and date. In case the appartment is free, you'll be sent a confirmation of the reservation at the e-mail address given in the reservation form, together with information regarding the amount due, the date of payment and the bank account number.
5. In case of lack of available rooms, you will be presented with an alternative offer.
6. The confirmation of the receiving of the preliminary reservation is sent to the e-mail address given in the reservation form within 24h from the moment of booking.
7. The preliminary reservation is valid for 24 hour from the moment of booking. To confirm the reservation, it's necessary to pay 30% of the total amount due in advance to the bank account given in the confirmation e-mail.
8. Failing to pay the advance by the indicated date results in cancellation of the reservation.
9. The final confirmation of the reservation is made by an appropriate e-mail sent at the given address after receiving the advance.

Prices

1.All given prices are prices with 7% vat. The given prices are not valid during Easter, May holidays and Christmas.
2. The VAT rate for firms is 22%.
3. The VAT rate for natural persons, for short term lease, is 7%.
4. The VAT rate for natural persons, for long lease, is 0%.

Checking in/Checking out

1. The Guest checks in on the indicated day of arrival at the leased appartment in the presence of our Representative.
Check-in is realised by:
- paying the amount due
- registration on the basis of ID or passport
- presentation of the appartment and its equipment to the Guest
- handing over the keys

Check-out is realised in the appartment, on the day the Guest leaves the appartment, in the presence of our Representative.

Period of lease and prolongation of the stay

1. The hotel night starts at 4H00pm and ends at 12H00pm.
2. The request to prolong the period of stay until after the date indicated on the day of the arrival should be made to our Representative until 5H00pm on the day preceding the day of leaving the appartment. These requests will be satisfied within our possibilities.

Cancellation and changes in reservation

1. The Client has got the right to cancel the reservation, of which he should notify immediately via e-mail, fax or phone.
2. The Lessee doesn't suffer the consequences of cancelling the reservation (at his fault) as long as he notifies of the fact not later than three weeks before the planned date of arrival
If the reservation is cancelled:
- not later than a week before the planned date of arrival, we reserve the right to keep 50% of the advance.
- not later than a day before the planned date of arrival, we reserve the right to keep the whole amount of the advance
- on the day of the planned arrival, we reserve the right to keep the whole amount of the advance and the amount of the unused first day.

If the reservation is not cancelled, the Client is obliged to pay the whole due amount for the period reserved.
Should the stay be shorter than planned due to the decision of the Client, the amount for the unused period is not reimbursed.

Rights, Duties, Responsibility

1. Apartments OfficeMedia is obliged to guarantee the conditions for a full and unfettered stay of the Guest in the appartment.
2. Apartments OfficeMedia bears no responsibility for the loss of or damage to any items within the area of the appartment by the persons registered in it.
3. The Lessee should notify the Representative of any damage immediately after noticing it.
4. The responsibility of the Apartments OfficeMedia due to loss of or damage to money, securities and shares, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value is limited.
5. The Lessee bears the pecuniary responsibility for any damage or devastation of the furnishings and technical equipment of the Appartments OfficeMedia which are his fault or his guests' fault.
6. The Lessee shall not hand the appartment over to a third party even if the period of lease for which he paid has not expired.
7. Our Guests are requested to maintain silence in the appartments between 10H00pm and 7H00am.

Protection of Personal Data

By making a reservation on the website www.apartments.officemedia.pl the Lessee agrees to processing of his personal data only within the scope necessary to conduct the reservation process and the registration duty, according to the Act of Personal Data Protection from 1997-08-29, Dz. Ust. No. 133, pos. 833. The Lessee is entitled to access to his personal data and update and correct it.

General provisions

Issues not included in these Regulations are regulated by the Civil Code.
The Regulations come into force on 01 March 2007.
